Based on your description, you PC is definitely COMPROMISED, and
INFECTED.
Those FREE downloaded virus scanners and what nought aren't
effective. Install a licensed copy of NIS2006 and you'll see the
number spyware, adware and viruses it will weed out of your
system.
Don't blame your hardware or your ISP, it's your bad surfing
habits.
